教学内容
本节课的主题语境为人与自然,主题群是环境保护。该板块的视频介绍了乌拉圭(位于南 美洲大西洋海岸)的一所“绿色”学校。学校没有使用市政供水供电等设施,而是从大自然的太 阳和雨水中获取电力和水源,冬天取暖仅仅使用太阳能面板就能满足需要。学校除了教授常 规课程,还让学生学习废物回收利用和节能的相关知识,并教会学生自己动手种植食物。非 营利性机构也定期组织工作坊培训学生和教师,以帮助他们掌握学校的运作和维护方式,让 学校可持续发展。学生在学校学到了保护地球的理念和措施,并影响身边的亲人,让大家一 同保护地球资源和环境。
教学过程
Step I学习理解 Before you watch(感知与注意) Activity1 Read the introduction part to get the gist of the video.Green School in Uruguay This video is about a green school in Uruguay that teaches its students about recycling,energy saving,and growing their own food.Built from recycled materials,the school produces no waste and is powered by solar panels. Activity2 Before watching,look at some photos from the video and use the following words and phrases to describe what is going on in the photos.
