教学目标： 在本课，学生能够 1.阅读并梳理节日食谱海报的核心内容和基本要素； 2.确定海报主题，明确组内分工并收集梳理素材； 3.以小组合作的形式完成节日食谱海报的初步设计。
教学内容
教学重点： 1.阅读并梳理节日食谱海报的核心内容和基本要素 ;2.确定海报主题，明确组内分工并收集梳理素材 教学难点： 以小组合作的形式完成节日食谱海报的初步设计。 学情分析 通过整个单元的学习，学生对于中外代表性的节日和庆祝活动有了一定的了解，能用英 语说出一些具有代表性的节日名称和庆祝活动，也能真切体会到节日背后所寄托的人们 美好的愿望和情怀。制作节日食谱，动手学做节日特色食品，兼具趣味性和实用性，将 进一步启发学生思考和探索节日的丰富内涵。学生在语言实践活动中将学会描述食物的 制作过程，既能提高学生的信息处理能力和语言表达能力，还能帮助学生受到劳动教育， 学习和掌握生活技能，不同英语基础的学生都能通过本次的学习活动，学有所得，体验 到成功。
教学过程
【学习任务一】 Reviewing: Enjoy some pictures and name some festivals at home and abroad. 本活动旨在引导学生回顾本单元所学内容，鼓励学生用英语说出一些具有代表性的中外 节日名称和人们的庆祝方式，在巩固主题词汇的同时，激发学生对本课学习内容的兴趣 和期待。 【学习任务二】 Reading and Thinking: 1.Read the poster on Pll,and then answer the following questions. Q1.What is the topic of this poster Q2.What do you notice first in the poster Q3.What basic elements are included in this poster 2.Summary:What are the features of this poster 本活动是对范例文本的学习，为阅读理解环节。旨在引导学生筛选文本中的关键信息， 在训练学生寻读技巧的同时，帮助学生梳理、概括并掌握节日食谱海报的核心要素。 【学习任务三】 Brainstorming: 1:What should we do in preparation ifwe want to make a poster about a certain food recipe (choose a festival food,do some research,make a recipe,do the cooking,take photos,make the poster,present the poster,give comments) 2:Find some commonly used words about cooking and ingredients. 本活动旨在让学生开展“头脑风暴”,围绕海报的制作流程展开讨论，引导学生关注 制作海报时要思考和明确的几个要点。为学生后续的节日食谱制作做好准备。 【学习任务四】 Making the poster Make a poster about festival food recipes in groups. 本活动属于语言产出阶段，即制作海报。活动涉及资料收集、完成初稿等。教师将结合 学生实际情况，引导学生明确组内分工，梳理好素材，共同完成海报的初步设计。需要 考虑以下几个方面：内容、语言及设计等。节日食谱海报的制作过程，将进一步激发学
生思考和探究节日的丰富内涵。增加文化积累，促进语言表达。 【学习任务五】 Presentation and evaluation Each group should present their poster and give comments Checklist Does the poster include all the key elements Does theposter use different colors to highlight the important information Is the poster decorated with meaningful symbols or graphics Is the poster attractive and informative to you Is the poster well-organized 本部分活动涉及成果展示以及同伴互评环节。学生将根据教师提供的评价清单，给其 他小组的海报提出修改意见。同时根据其他组给自己提供的意见和评价清单修改海报 。展示和评价活动给学生机会进行辨析、判断并提出自己的看法，能有效发展其高阶 思维能力。 Assignment: 1.For all students: Polish your poster according to the checklist,cook the festival food at home,shoot a video in groups and upload it on to our classroom cloud storage.
