资源简介 Unit 1 Cultural Heritage Video Time教学设计教 学 语 篇 分 析The video is mainly about the brief introduction of the Great Wall and the efforts people have made to protect it.The video can be divided into three parts.The first part introduces the basic information of the Great Wall including its history and length.The second part talks about the weeds'bad influence on the Great Wall and how Mei Jingtian helped to deal with the threat.In the last part,the efforts of different groups to protect the Great Wall have been introduced.Through the video,students are expected to understand that every one counts in protecting cultural heritage sites like the Great Wall.学情分析By observing previous video class and investigating students,I know that: 1.Students have to some extent known the basic information of the Great Wall,which lays the foundation for them to understand the video.But they should be guided to know more about what threats the Great Wall is facing and how people make efforts to protect it. 2.There are some new words in the video which may influence students'understanding so that the teacher should inform students of the words before watching. 3.The speaking rate in the video is a little fast so that the teacher is expected to divide the vided and play the video more than once. 4.Students prefer to express their opinions in pairs or in small groups.教学目标In this class,students will: 1.collect information about the Great Wall and its protection. 2.identify the importance of protecting cultural heritage sites like the Great Wall. 3.express your opinions on how to protect cultural heritage sites.教学内容Key Points: 1.Students are able to predict the content of the video by observing the title,pictures and additional information on the textbook. 2.Students are able to collect information about the Great Wall and its protection by watching the video. 3.Students are able to express their opinions on the importance of protecting cultural heritage sites and how to protect them.
