Many years ago, my father told me a story about helping a stranger who was seriously injured after being hit by a car.

Some people were passing by in their cars to look at him and then driving on. My father didn't hesitate (犹豫) to help him. My father took him to the nearest hospital. He was afraid that the stranger could die because he was losing so much blood.
The incredible situation happened when my father tried to go back to work. The police stopped him and said he could not leave the hospital until the man woke up. The police thought that my father had hit him in the street. My father was annoyed by that, but he couldn't do anything.

Cicadas (蝉) are natural part of summer, singing loudly and proudly. They are harmless to humans, but can damage trees. “Cicadas are harmful to cherry trees and sweet osmanthus trees,” said Ruan Wangzhou, chief of the Hangzhou Greening Management Station, which is in charge of the gardens and greenery throughout Zhejiang's provincial capital.
Take cherry trees for example, each July and August, the juice in their buds (花蕾) makes them the favorite food and egg-laying places for cicadas. The insects laying eggs in the buds can cause the trees to die. To solve the problem, the station invited people to catch cicadas in a park in Hangzhou. Over 50 people showed up, far exceeding (超过) the expected number 20. The station also invited Jin Sucui, a 62-year-old expert from Lishui, Zhejiang, to teach people how to catch cicadas.
“Catching cicadas is actually quite simple,” Jin said. “All you need is a long stick, a piece of sticky paper and a bag to hold the cicadas. Just keep your hands steady (平稳的) and your eyes on the sticky paper.” Jin caught hundreds of cicadas within two hours. Ruan said he hoped more people could take part in the activity. “Parents can bring their children along to catch cicadas during summer as a way to get in touch with nature and develop their awareness of protecting the environment,” Ruan added.

When it's time to practice or play, you'll get energy from the food you've been eating all the week. But it's still a good idea to eat well on that day. If you're going to eat a meal, have it 2 to 4 hours before practice or game time. If you have a full stomach, your body will need to spend energy digesting (消化) food, leaving less for you to use in your game or practice. The best pre-game meal includes carbohydrates (碳水化合物) and protein (蛋白质) for energy, but is low in fat and fiber (纤维), which can slow digestion.
But you don't want to be hungry either. Bring a snack, especially for long practices, competitions, or all-day events. Half a sandwich, fresh or dried fruit, or a small handful of nuts are all good snacks. Sports bars, or energy bars, are convenient, but they aren't necessary for athletes. You can get the same energy from healthy food.
Avoid sugary stuff like sodas or candy bars right before you practice or compete. You might get a little energy, but it will go fast, leaving you feeling tired. But eating and drinking the right stuff will help you play your best. Now, go out there and have a great season.
( )69.You can get energy from the food you've been eating for .
A.two days
B.four days
C.five days
D.seven days
( )70.What can fat and fiber do

D.Make you eat more.
( )71.According to the passage, is a kind of good snack.
A.half a sandwich

( )72.Which is the best title for the passage

A small robot may help children with a long-term illness in the hospital or at home.
These children may feel lonely from their friends and classmates. The robot takes their place at school. Through the robot, the children can hear their teachers and friends. They can also take part in classes wherever they are.

As all the other students were from the same primary school, they got on well with each other. Emilio tried to be friendly, but they were unfriendly. Instead, they often made fun of him, for he is the shortest in the class. Last Monday he had a big fight with Jim because Jim said he was too short to play basketball. Although Jim said sorry to him later, Emilio felt upset. He had no idea about what to do. So Emilio really needed some help from his best friend, Martin. One Possible Version:
Today, the environmental problems are getting more and more serious, especially in many big cities.
In my hometown, the roads are becoming more and more crowded because the number of cars is increasing quickly. Millions of cars can make plenty of harmful air every day. Also, we can always see thick black smoke rise above the factories. These have caused serious air pollution and done harm to people. What's worse, people throw away rubbish everywhere. And factories keep pouring dirty water and throwing rubbish into the rivers day and night.
Now many people realize the importance of environmental protection, each of us should do what we can to save the environment.
