教学内容 分析及信 息结构图 Starting out板块旨在激活学生已有的语言、背景知识,为接下来整个单元的 学习活动做铺垫和预热。活动1学生阅读节选自四部科幻小说的片段,挑选出已 经实现了的科学幻想,并谈论个人对这些科幻情节的理解。活动2呈现一段与科 技主题相关的视频,介绍了畅想中的公元3000年人类生活的变化,涉及服装、 教育、交通、休闲等方面,进一步引入话题。 Understanding ideas板块呈现一篇反映单元主题的课文,语篇类型为访谈。课 文以问答的形式介绍了古今中外人类的伟大新发明、这些发明给生活带来的巨大 变化以及发明的原动力。读前的导入活动通过比较古代人和现代人生活的不同, 帮助学生熟悉语篇话题,为课文学习做铺垫。读中活动考查学生对文章内容的理 解。读后活动则通过细节理解、思维导图和开放性问答等活动,启发学生深入思 考,探究主题意义。

学情分析 本单元的主题语境是“人与社会”,涉及的主题语境内容是科技发展和科学精 神。本节课的阅读内容适用于高一年级下学期,学生对于古代的发明并不陌生, 但不是很清楚一些现代的发明,以及发明的灵感。同时,虽然学生已经有了一定 的语言基础,但学生的语言表达和分析归纳能力较弱。老师要注意引导学生深入 了解从古代到现代的科学发展史,丰富学生对生活中科学现象的认知,引导学生 深入思考科学与生活之间的关系,培养学生对待科学的态度和批判性的思维方式, 并引导学生尝试用科学改变自己的生活。
课时教学 目标 1.带领学生阅读摘录的科幻小说片段,了解人类历史上科技的飞速发展,引人主 题。 2.引导学生看懂视频描述的公元3000年人类生活的变化,认识科技给生活带来 的巨大影响,激活已有的语言、背景知识,激发对话题的兴趣。 3.引导学生基于已有经验,对科学幻想进行简单评价。 4.带领学生通过略读,获取文章大意,激发学生了解现代科技发展的兴趣。 5.带领学生通过精读,了解文章观点和细节信息,完成思维导图。 6.引导学生了解未来世界科技发展的趋势,形成国际视野,加深对单元主题的认 识。
