Analysis of the textbook in this lesson:
Unit 5 Into the Unknown Using language(2019)is a class in a senior highschool English textbook,which mainly introduces the introduction and related information of some science fiction movies.The text mainly includes the definition and characteristics of science fiction movies and the introduction and analysis of two different types of science fiction movies,The Day the Earth Stood Still and Inception.
Teaching objectives:
1.Knowledge and ability objective:Students can master the definition and characteristics of science fiction movies and learn how to evaluate and analyze related vocabulary and expressions of science fiction movies by learning the content of this lesson.

Analysis of learning situation:
In the second year of senior high school,students have mastered some basic knowledge of English and have a certain understanding of the theme of science fiction movies.However,the characteristics and evaluation of science fiction movies may not be familiar.Most of the students are young people who are more interested in science fiction movies and have strong curiosity and exploration spirit.
Teaching strategy:
1.Stimulate students'interest:Stimulate students' interest in science fiction movies by introducing some interesting clips or pictures of science fiction movies

conduct group cooperative learning,discuss the characteristics and evaluation of science fiction movies,exchange opinions and views with each other,and cultivate students'cooperation and thinking ability.

Teaching reflection:
In this class,I found that students had difficulties in understanding the content of the text,and their ability to extract the key information in the text was not strong enough.This may be because I did not give sufficient guidance and training to the reading and analysis of texts in my teaching.To solve this problem,I can provide students with a summary of the text before class and ask them to read it before class so that they can better understand the topic and structure of the text when class begins.At the same time,in class,I can design more questions aimed at guiding students to in-depth thinking and understanding of the text.In addition,I can guide

students in individual or group discussions to promote the development of their communication and thinking skills.Through these improvements,I believe that students'reading comprehension ability will be significantly improved.In addition,I also need to constantly sum up and accumulate teaching experience,and constantly improve my teaching methods and strategies,so as to improve the teaching effect and let students better grasp English knowledge.
