Grammar:Practical application of non-predicate verbs in grammar filling
【 Teaching objective】
1.Help students clarify the basic meaning and basic form of
non-predicate verbs and the use of present participles in sentences, so that students can learn to summarize and master the decision
method

1.Solving methods of present participle in non-predicate verbs.
2.The basic judgment method of non-predicate verbs,that is:a.know the predicate verb of the sentence;b.Know whether there are
conjunctions and clauses in the sentence;c.Know the logical subject of the non-predicate verb and judge the relationship between the
non-predicate verb and the logical subject.

1.Induction and deduction,summarize the characteristics of question types and classify breakthroughs;
2.Learn to think in terms of syntax,sentence structure and logic;

【 Teaching process 】
Step 1 Self-study(before class)
Summary:Non-predicate verbs are special forms of verbs,verbs that
do not act as predicates in sentences are called non-predicate verbs,
and can act as all components in sentences except predicates
Basic forms:infinitive(to do),gerund(V-ing),participle(past
participle V-ed;Present participle V-ing)
Conditions of use:In a sentence,there is already a main sentence
(predicate verb),and there is no conjunction case,there are other
verbs.
