What a difference a day makes！ My father and I decided
to go to Penang Hill today. We wanted to walk up to the top，
but then it started raining a little so we decided to take the train. We waited over an hour for the train because there were too many people. When we got to the top, it was raining really hard. We didn‘t have an umbrella so we were wet and cold. It was terrible！And because of the bad weather，we couldn’t see anything below. My father didn‘t bring enough money，so we only had one bowl of rice and some fish. The food tasted great because I was so hungry！
make a difference 有影响，有重要作用
make no difference 没关系，没影响
如：I don't feel like walking today.

1. “feel like+从句”: “感觉好像……”
如：He feels like that he knew the man.

2. feel like doing sth.想做某事

这是一个由what引导的宾语从句,宾语从句要用陈述句语序。wonder后面接由who,what,why,where 等引导的宾语从句。

我想知道这里过去的生活是怎样的。

wait for 为 等候 ,后接人或物。
too many 为太多，后接可数名词复数;
too much+不可数名词（money）;
much too 为太…后接形容词或副词（ much too big）
And because of the bad weather, we couldn't see anything below.
并且因为糟糕的天气，底下的东西我们什么都看不到。
because of 和 because 都表示“因为,由于”，
区别在于because of +名词/名词短语，
because + 从句。
如：因为下雨他们没去博物馆。
They didn't go to the museum__________ the rain.
=They didn't go to the museum _________ it rained.

enough 作形容词时表示“足够的，充足的”: enough+名词
eg: They had enough food.
enough做副词时表示“足够地，充分地”: 形/副/动+enough
