Example: Earning a living is by no means the only reason why we work, there are other important reasons that motivate us to enter the world of work. Through the work we do, our mental well-being can be maintained and improved. Lilac doctor said, “the more short videos you watch, the slower your brain will be.” Because we need activities that stimulate our brains to keep us mentally motivated, and working can provide such an environment.
