用来表示人或事物的性质、状态等，说明主语“是什么”或“怎么样”。
am仅用于主语 Ⅰ 之后
is用于主语是第三人称单数或不可数名词等的情况。
are用于主语是第二人称you及表示复数概念的代词或名词后。
