初中英语八年级上册教学计划附教学进度表
一、学情分析
本学期由我担任八年级（1）班英语教育教学工作，本班有男生23人，女生24人，共47人。学生有较强的求知欲和表现欲，有良好的记忆力、模仿力但缺乏科学的学习策略和良好的学习习惯，具有一定的英语学习的积极性与主动性，因此，在本学期的教育教学工作中，教师要尽可能多的为学生创造良好的语言环境，给学生充足的语言“习得”机会，让学生在学习中积极参与、大胆发言，形成积极的情感态度和自主学习的能力。
二、教学内容与教材分析
本册教材包括：Unit 1 Friends Unit 2 School life Unit 3 A day out Unit 4 Do it yourself Unit 5 Wild animals Unit 6 Birdwatching Unit 7 Seasons Unit 8 Natural disasters，共八个单元。
Unit 1 Friends
本单元以“朋友”为话题，通过谈论人的外貌个性，学习描述人的单词和表达法。要求通过谈论各自的朋友，能简单描述好朋友的优良品质。掌握句型:She is also helpful and ready to help people in need. They do not fit well under his desk.
Unit 2 School life
本单元以“学校生活”为话题，学习more---than, fewer---than和less---than的用法。学习the most, the fewest和the least的用法。学会运用副词的比较级和最高级。学会欣赏别人、珍爱友谊。
Unit 3 A day out
本单元以“篮球赛”和“打算外出一天旅游”两个话题为载体，学习相关生词短语。学会运用提建议、回复建议等句型结构在语境中表达观点。重点学习掌握As---as ; not as--- as; not so---as; 辨别形容词和副词，Not as /so --- as 同义句转换，使用反身代词的条件等。
Unit 4 Do it yourself
本单元以“做自己”为话题，学习祈使句的构成，能正确使用祈使句，掌握should和had better的用法。
Unit 5 Wild animals
本单元以“野生动物”为话题，学习名词和形容词wild及动物名称bear、dolphin、 giant panda、squirrel、zebra、tiger，能运用所学词汇和句型What wild animal do you like best？ Why do you like it？和搭档编写简单的会话，询问对方和表达自己喜爱的动物及原因，培养喜爱动物、热爱大自然的情感。
Unit 6 Birdwatching
本单元以“观察研究野鸟的业余爱好”为话题，了解几种鸟的英文名称和基本特征，学会用英语谈论鸟类，学会对别人的询问做出适当的反应，学会通过观察猜出是什么鸟，能说出个人基本信息和加入协会的原因，能写加入某个协会的申请信。
Unit 7 Seasons
本单元以“季节”为话题，学习识别并熟练掌握五种句型结构，能运用五种句型结构分析句子、更好地理解句子，促进阅读和写作。教学难点是“主语+谓语+直接宾语+间接宾语”和“主语+谓语+宾语+宾语补足语”两种句型的辨析和运用。
Unit 8 Natural disasters
本单元以“自然灾害”为话题，重点掌握过去进行时的用法，掌握when,while和as的用法，会在实际语境中使用过去进行时及when,while和as。
三、教学目标
知识目标：掌握本册所学生字词、短语、句型的含义及用途。
语言目标：会运用上述知识目标。听：能听懂。说：能表达自己心中所想。读：能正确朗读本册教材和同等难度文章的对话和句型。写：能写本册教材的单词和句型。
学习策略：注意通过语言语调的表达来推测词义，也可借手势动作和表情来完成。主动参与学习，善于和他人合作交流。
情感目标：学会在交流活动中尊重和理解别人，学会交换不同的看法，了解他人的生活习惯，增进情谊。
德育目标：在歌曲和游戏中养成积极、乐观、努力进取的团队合作精神。
多元智能：培养用英语自如地人际交往的能力。
文化意识：了解英、美等国家的不同文化，了解中西文化的差异，培养世界意识。
四、教学重难点
重点：简单描述好朋友的优良品质。more---than, fewer---than和less---than的用法。the most,the fewest和the least的用法。运用副词的比较级和最高级。运用提建议、回复建议等句型结构在语境中表达观点。祈使句的构成和使用。编写简单的会话询问对方和表达自己喜爱的动物及原因。对别人的询问做出适当的反应。熟练掌握五种句型结构。过去进行时的用法。
难点：简单描述好朋友的优良品质。more---than, fewer---than和less---than的用法。the most,the fewest和the least的用法。运用副词的比较级和最高级。运用提建议、回复建议等句型结构在语境中表达观点。如何给出指令和建议。编写简单的会话询问对方和表达自己喜爱的动物及原因。写加入某个协会的申请信。熟练掌握五种句型结构。过去进行时的用法。
五、提高教学质量的措施
激发学生英语学习兴趣、创设情境，使学生想学、爱学并且学好英语。
认真专研教材和课标，精心备课，认真上好每一堂课。
及时对所学知识做好巩固测验。
关注每个学生，不放弃任何一名学生，提高学生整体英语水平。
全面提高学生听力、阅览、口语、写作能力。
教给学生阅览分析方法，并设立问题让他们自己查找、阅览材料，提高阅览能力。
让学生在讲堂上更多地使用英语。
不断学习，加强自身素质和业务能力的提高。
