Analyses of teaching materials In this section,students are first asked to observe the basic composition of the present perfect continuous tense in the discourse,and explore and summarize the general rules of the present perfect continuous tense by themselves through the self-statement of a disabled girl wearing a manipulator.Then,the students can deepen their understanding of the meaning and usage of the present perfect continuous tense through the sentence and discourse exercises.Finally,students are organized to use what they have learned and to interview and talk with target grammar in the way of role playing,so as to combine the use of grammar knowledge with the topic.
Teaching Objectives After learning this lesson,students are expected to: 1.identify the verb form of the present perfect continuous tense; 2.work out the general rules of the present perfect continuous tense; 3.use the right tenses to finish related tasks; 4.apply the present perfect continuous tense in new contexts

Working out the rules 1.Have students finish“Working out the rules”on page 34. 2.Have students go through“Grammar notes”on page 99.Give explanations if necessary. 3.Watch a short video about the present perfect continuous tense and make a summary of its structure. Applying the rules In pairs,role-play the interview using the present perfect continuous tense after watching a video concerning about a question“What influences does AI bring to us ”.
