知识点一 由Where, What和Why 引导的特殊疑问句
【知识精讲】
特殊疑问词Where/What/Why+一般疑问句语序（did you）+其他？
eg.
A: Where did you go for the holiday B: I went to a farm.(重在回答地点)
A: What did you do for the holiday B: I visited the Shanghai Museum.(重在事情。)
A: Why did you call me B: Because I wanted to give you the fish. (重在陈述原因。)
【经典例题】
—____ did you ___ last week
—I visited my grandfather.
A. What; do B. Where; go C. Where; did
【名师解析】
根据答语可知，提问要问具体做了什么事情，所以用特殊疑问词what，所以选A。
知识点二 由How引导的特殊疑问句
【知识精讲】
how意为“怎样，如何”，How was +其他？询问过去的……怎么样，答语一般用描述性的形容词。
eg.
A：How was your holiday B: It was great fun.
【经典例题】
My holiday was wonderful. （对划线部分提问）

根据答语可知，要询问假期过得怎么样，使用特殊疑问词how, 注意时态为一般过去时。
所以答案为How was your holiday
知识点三 一般疑问句Did you… 及其肯定和否定回答：

Did you… 意为（过去）你做……了吗？
答语为Yes, I did./No, I didn’t.。
eg. A: Did you catch any fish B: Yes, I did./No, I didn’t.
【经典例题】
Did you visit your grandfather last weekend （做出否定回答）
