7A U1 Welcome to the unit
一、板块定位
本单元的主题范畴是“人与社会”，是“社会服务与人际沟通”主题群下“良好的人际关系与人际交往”的子主题内容；话题是“介绍自己与他人”。涉及的语篇类型有图片、对话、音频、视频、人物介绍等。本单元的教学旨在帮助学生认识、问候新同学，初步介绍自己与他人，结识更多新朋友，尽快融入新环境，开启求学新征程。 整个单元的七个板块分别涉及“介绍自己与他人”的多个层面。
Welcome to the unit 板块呈现了与他人初次见面时打招呼的表达方式及语用知识，以及简要介绍自己姓名、班级、爱好等方面信息的词汇和句型，激活本单元话题，为单元学习做好准备。
本节课旨在通过听、读、说等活动，引导学生学会首次见面与别人打招呼、介绍自己的语言及语用知识，并在真实语境中通过与他人招呼、自我介绍、介绍他人等活动巩固内化所学，培养学生连贯表达的能力。学生在此过程中主动结识新朋友，融入新环境，开启新的求学旅程，并促使学生对本单元接下来的学习及校园生活形成一种学习期待和探究欲望。
二、教学目标
通过本课时学习，学生能够：
1. 获取、识记七年级一班学生的中英文名，提取和归纳打招呼、自我介绍的词汇和语言表达；（学习理解）
2. 从Sandy和Millie的对话中提取和归纳首次见面打招呼及自我介绍时的语言及语用知识；（学习理解）
3. 运用相关词汇和语言表达及语用知识，开展同伴问答，与同伴进行打招呼和自我介绍。（应用实践）
4. 聚焦单元话题，了解彼此介绍的目的是交朋友，以适应新学校新起点，点出单元主题、引出单元学习目标。（迁移创新）
三、设计思路
1. Lead -in

The teacher starts from self-introduction and lead in the key words in this part such as “greet””introduce” “hobby”, to clear obstacles for the following tasks.

设计意图：通过听，引导进入话题情境，熟悉七年级1班六位学生的中英文名与外貌，为新阶段的学习做好充分准备；通过读，学习思考对话中的要点及与他人初次见面如何打招呼与介绍自己，帮助学习梳理归纳相关表达方式，并代入六位同学的身份进行打招呼与自我介绍，巩固所学，为接下来的介绍自己做准备。

设计意图:通过再次阅读思考并发现，在与他人初次见面打招呼及自我介绍时需注意的语言知识、语用知识如肢体语言（可以简单介绍其他国家的打招呼方式），并从人物对话中总结人物性格，为Reading奠定信息基础。然后引导学生在角色扮演中充分操练所学，提供对话模板以提供表达支架，利于学生学以致用，迅速了解新同学并融入新班级、新环境。
