What is your favorite subject B: Brain’s favourite subject is…Step 7: Language Points1. be late for sth. 干某事迟到/晚了类似的表述还有be late to do sth.【例句】Mr. Smith was late for the meeting yesterday. 昨天,史密斯先生开会迟到了。They were too late to save her.他们已来不及救她。2. sometime某时(指一个不确切的时间点)sometimes 有时some time一段时间some times几次【例句】Sometimes he stays at home on rainy days.他有时雨天待在家里。He will be away for some time.他要离开一段时间。Please come to see me sometime next week.请下周抽个时间来看我吧。I am sure that we have met some times before.我肯定我们从前见过几次。3. be good at sth/ doing sth擅长做……相当于do well in sth/ doing sth.【例句】Do you believe that only boys are good at science 你认为只有男孩才能在科学上有所建树吗?be better at 是be good at 的比较级,“much + 比较级”的意思是“更……;……得多”。修饰比较级的词还有a little, a bit, even, far等。4. have done是现在完成时态,意思是“已经做了……”。【例句】We have finished the work. 我们已经完成了工作。Step 8: Emotional education建议:让学生背诵语言要点并写一篇文章:我最喜欢的科目。【设计意图】让学生课下掌握本课主要内容并写一篇作文,趁热打铁,练习写作。Step 9: Summary让学生自己总结本节课主要学习了什么,还有哪些疑惑?教师可作补充。For example: 本节课我们主要学习了如何用英语谈论不同的主题,让学生们发现每个主题的乐趣,鼓励他们热爱和努力学习所有科目,have done是我们这一节课的重点,也是整个单元的难点,我们会在以后的学习中继续学习和巩固。课堂作业 1.口头作业: 朗读课文。2.书面作业: 写一个以“My Favourite Subject”的短文。板书设计 Unit 2 My Favourite School SubjectLesson 7 Don’t Be Late for Class!1.
