Introduce how to use a dictionary to your classmate.向同学介绍如何使用英语词典。Choose to doLook through the dictionary pages to find more information .浏览词典,找出与单词有关的更多的信息。Starter Unit 1 Hello!Section B (Project) Learn to use a dictionary教学设计一、教材分析What:本课时的主要内容是学会使用字典。Why: 通过本节课的学习,学生了解字典的用处和编排顺序,让字典成为学生英语学习的好帮手。培养学生自主学习的意识。How:活动1呈现了字典的两页内容,让学生自主发现字典的编排顺序,即按照字母表的顺序。活动2呈现了15个单词,让学生按照字母先后顺序排列。活动3呈现了10个单词,让学生以最快的速度在字典里查找这些单词。内容的编排遵从“发现——练习——应用”这一规律。学情分析七年级新生对查字典这个话题并不陌生,也能较快发现英语字典的编排顺序。但是在实践方面的经验不够,对于字典里所包含的其他内容也不熟悉,需要教师的指导。教学目标1、语言能力能熟悉26字母顺序并将单词按照字母表顺序进行排序。能找出字典编排的规则,并利用规则查找单词。能了解字典中所包含的有关某个单词的具体信息:音标、词性、意思、例句等。能初步尝试同伴合作,清楚地介绍如何使用字典。2、学习能力学会利用字典、网络、app等工具学习英语。初步具有自主学习和合作学习的意识。3、思维品质能主动思考如何快速查字典,提出自己的观点。文化意识能了解英汉字典、英英字典的主要特征,并理解词典是英语学习的重要工具。四、教学重难点1、找出字典的编排规则并掌握查字典的方法。2、同伴合作,介绍查字典的步骤。五、教学过程教学步骤 教学活动 设计意图Step1.
