Language Points
1.Thanks for your email. 感谢你的邮件。
（1）本句型常用于回复收到别人邮件时表示感谢的表达。
（2）thanks for... 意为 “因......而感谢”，其中的thanks为复数名词，介词for指原因，后接名词、代词或动词的ing形式。

（3）email 名词，意为”电子邮件“，其前用不定冠词修饰时，要用“an”。

2. To answer your question, my new school is great!
（1）answer 此次为动词，意为“回答”; 还可用名词，意为“回答，答案”，常用搭配 the answer to, 意为“......的答案”。
（2）question 可数名词,意为“问题”, 通常与ask， answer 搭配使用, 指需要解答的问题。
I want to ask you some questions.

3. All the students go there and do exercises together in the morning.
（1）exercise 此处用作可数名词，意为“练习;习题;一套动作”, 常用复数形式。

（2）exercise用作不可数名词,意为“锻炼;运动”。

4. It's a special way to start the week.
（1）way此处用作可数名词,意为“方式;方法”.

扩：way用作名词,还可表示“路线;路”。

（2）start 意为“开始”，与begin同义。start to do/doing sth. 意为“开始做某事”。
注意：以下情况通常用start to do sth.,而不用start doing sth.:
①主语是物而不是人时。The ice started to melt.冰开始融化了。
②start本身为-ing形式时。He is starting to write the letter.他正要开始写信。
③后接know, understand一类词时。 I start to understand the truth.我开始明白真相。
扩：① start可用作不及物动词,意为“动身;出发”。
He started for America last week.他上周动身去美国了。
②start with 意为“以…...开始”。
Our lesson started with an English song.我们的课是以一首英文歌曲开始的。
5. We spend most of the time in our classroom.
（1）spend 及物动词,在此处意为“度过”, 还可表示 “花费(时间、金钱等)”。常用结构：spend...on sth. 和 spend...doing sth.（主语为人）
