教学目标
1. 学生能听懂、会说并认读单词:dance, draw, read, sing, play the piano, watch films。 2. 学生能在真实语境中用I like doing... 以及He/She likes doing... 表达自己或者他人的爱好。 3. 学生能发现爱好背后的意义。 4. 学生能快速整合文本信息并进行对比分析,提升阅读能力。
教学重难点
教学重点: 1.和学生厘清课文人物和情节,学生能够理解全文并能够回答相关问题。 2.教授学生使用like doing… 结构表达自己喜欢做的事情。
3.学生能够理解爱好背后的意义以及对于他人的正面影响。
教学难点: 1.本节课文人物较多,情节丰富。对于学生梳理故事内容而言,存在难度。因此需要多角度分析故事,做好故事内容的分层,从而达到脉络清晰,层层递进的效果。
2.就故事文本而言,涉及到了不同类型的主语喜欢做某事的表达,对于like后动词ing形式的变化是一难点。另外,新授短语较多,需引导学生结合过往所学知识理解新授短语的含义并总结异同点。 3.学生对于各种个人爱好的理解不一,引导学生对于爱好背后的意义价值进行思考,加深课文主题意义。
教学过程
Step1 Warm-up and Lead in T: Let’s play a guessing game. Look at this picture. What’s that S: It’s a football. T: Yes, can you guess what can I do Yes, I can play football. I like playing football. Swimming is my hobby too. They are my hobbies. Let’s read together. Hobbies, Hobbies. S: Hobbies. Hobbies. T: Do you have any hobbies Please talk about your hobbies with your friends. You can speak like this:I like doing sth. S: … T: Wow, you have many hobbies, They’re so great. Step2 Pre-reading T: Before we learn the story, what do you want to know about it S: Who does the story talk about What do they like doing Why do they have the hobbies How about their hobbies … T: Now, let’s read and try to find the answers. Here is a task for you. Make a mind map of the story by the answers to these questions. Let’s watch the cartoon together. (观看故事卡通动画) Step3 While-reading T: Guys, who does the story talk about S: They are Mike, Tim, Liu Tao, Yang Ling, Su Hai and Su Yang. T: Su Hai and Su Yang are twins.
