教学重难点

教学难点: 1.学会选择合适的上班、上学交通工具,并能理解绿色出行的意义。
教学过程
一、热身导入(Warming-up and lead-in) 1.Greeting. Teacher greets to students and shows the learning objectives. 2.Enjoy a song. Students enjoy a song about transportation. And then play a guessing game. Students listen and guess the transportation. (learn: train; bus) 3.Watch and answer. Daming and Sam are playing. Students ask: What do they say Students watch the video of activity1 and fill in the blanks. I’m a ______. Chug, chug, chug… I’m a ______. Beep, beep, beep… I’m a car. Di, di, di… I’m a bike. Ding, ding, ding… 【设计意图】通过歌曲引出本节课的学习要点:交通工具。让学生初步感知本节课的主题。在通过听声音猜交通工具的方式吸引学生的兴趣,调动学生的英语学习积极性,在此环节学习本节课的部分新授词。 二、课文学习(Text-learning) 1.Watch and choose. Amy and Lingling are talking to each other. T asks a question: What are they talking about A. transportation(交通工具) B. work 2.Repeat and fill. Students repeat the text and fill in the blanks. ①How do you go to school, Amy I go to school ________. ②How do you go to school I ________ to school. (learn: by; walk) 3.Read and answer. Students read by themselves and answer these two questions: ①How about Lingling’s father ②How does Tom go to school (learn: goes; work; go to work) 【设计意图】通过问题链的形式帮助学生学习本节课的课文,主旨问题确定本节课的主题。然后再解决逐步学习本节课的核心语句,在此环节学习本节课新授词,为练习环节做铺垫。 三、练习环节(Practice) 1.Say a chant. Students say a chant together. Then find the rule: by+交通工具放句尾,walk, walk放句中。 2.Guessing game. There is an animal school. Students listen and guess: How do these animals go to school 3.Watch and choose. Students watch a video: Biscuit goes to school. Students think how does it go to school and finish some exercises. How does the girl go to school A. By bus. B. By car. How does Biscuit go to school A. By bike. B. It walks. Does the dog like to go to school A. Yes, it does. B. No, it doesn't. 【设计意图】教师和学生先通过节奏明快的chant总体梳理一下课文中的核心语言点。再创设情境,让学生置身动物王国,操练核心语句,询问和回答如何去上学。学生通过阅读绘本解决问题,提升了英语学习的趣味性,同时增加了学生的阅读量。 四、任务完成(Task-completion) 1.Let’s say. T shows the poster of Tutu. Students answer the questions: How do Tutu’s father and mother go to school How does Tutu go to school 2.Design and introduce. Students learn to design their own posters and then show their posters. 3.Enjoy a video Students watch a video and know the meaning of Green Travel. 【设计意图】教师通过展示图图的海报给学生提供一个海报范例,让学生可以设计和介绍自己的海报,海报的内容贴近生活,在完成海报的过程中要用本节课的核心语句进行问答,学生可以发挥自己的想象力制作一张精致美观的海报。其中海报的评价标准中,有关于绿色环保的,与后面的视频相呼应,让学生能够理解绿色出行的意义。 五、小结与作业(Summary and homework) 基础作业:Listen and read the words and the text nicely. 拓展作业:Ask and answer the questions. 实践作业:Continue to design and introduce your poster after class. 【设计意图】布置基础作业,拓展作业以及实践作业,通过形式多样的作业设计,满足不同需求的学生,帮助学生课后做好整理与复习。
