Step 1 Warming up(热身复习) 1. Greetings T:Hello boys and girls today we'll learn module 4 Unit 2 Can you tell me about Christmas Several days ago, we've learned about Thanksgiving, do you remember 通过简单的问候让孩子们快速进入学习状态中 Play a game:30 seconds Non-stop Talking about Thanksgiving 通过游戏活动,趣味复习,引出目标语言。 Enjoy a video about showing thanks to school.(切合感恩节主题,进行情感教育) Step II.Presentation: 1. Watch and tick T:Just now we talked about Thanksgiving. Look! What are Simon and Daming talking about S: The Spring Festival。 T: When is the spring Festival. 看视频回答问题 T: (Show some pictures) What are they (适时板书) Read and say T:what do you eat at the spring Festival And what do you do at this Festival (结合生活常识表述春节活动和习俗) Talk and Share T: How to talk about a Festival or your favorite Festival. We can talk about the food we eat, the things we do and the time. Have you got that now it's your turn, talk about your favorite Festival. Now, it's your turn. Ss: My favourite festival is ... watch an answer Q:What are Lily and Sam talking about Ss: They are talking about Christmas. Q: What do you know about Christmas Ss:... Listen and answer ①Is it important in many countries Sure, It’s important in many countries. ②When is Christmas It's on the 25th of December 补充 Christmas Eve (on the 24th of December) ③What do you do at Christmas Ss:We put Christmas trees in our homes. There are lights in the streets and the shops.
