Point
1. It’s interesting to learn about the past.
It is+adj.+for sb+to do sth.对于某人来说做某事是怎么样的。 例如： It is hard for me to learn English well.对于我来说，学好英语真是太难了。 （可以理解成：To learn English is hard.） 注意：此句型中，“for me”表示“对于某人来说”。 注意be后面一定是描写事物性质的形容词

1. 用作形容词，意为“最受喜爱的”=like...best，修饰后面的名词，如favourite food，favourite game等。
2. favourite（形容词）前面必须是形容词性物主代词或者名词所有格。如：Her favourite food is red peppers.她最爱的食物是红辣椒。
3. 用作名词，意为“最喜爱的人（或事物）”，后面不可接名词。如：
That's my favourite.那是我的最爱。
