语言能力:能够围绕“我的新年计划”的话题,通过看、读、说等活动搜集、理解所需要的语言基础信息;能够正确使用be going to结构制定新年计划。 文化意识:能够树立自己的健康积极的生活目标,制定相应的学习计划。 思维品质:能够在老师的帮助下,内化有关“未来计划”的语言知识;在写作中,注意到语篇的整体性、结构性、逻辑性。 学习能力:能够通过多种渠道学习和复习,保持英语学习兴趣;认识了以读促写的写作模式并尝试进行写作,认识到写作的步骤有头脑风暴、提纲罗列、修改提升等。
教学重难点
本课是一节以话题为核心的写作课,3a-3c是一个过程性写作训练板块,在前面听、说、读的基础上,要求学生能尝试写作语言输出。3a的语篇填词练习可以提高学生对文章的理解和对重点动词的运用;3b则是为3c提供了提纲挈领的框架,也为学生介绍自己的计划打开了思路;3c是完整语篇输出的活动设计,整个过程由易到难,循序渐进,符合学生认知规律。 重点:综合运用动词的将来时及所给的提示词来完成阅读填空的任务;综合运用所学的知识来描述未来的打算; 难点:正确使用be going to结构制定新年计划,表达自己的新年决心并适当展开原因等的陈述;
教学过程
Activity 1 Lead-in 1.Watch the video and Lead in the topic. 2. Review the knowledge about resolution. 3. Have a free talk . (1)Did you make any resolutions last year Did it work (2) Is it easy to keep a resolution And why or why not (3)Are you going to make any new resolutions for the coming new year 设计意图:导入本课主题,引导学生思考自己的新年计划。 Activity 2 Complete 3a about resolutions with the words in the box. Finish 3a and check the answers. Read the passage in detail and answer the questions: Paragraph 1: (1)What are resolutions (2)Why are resolutions so important Paragraph 2: (1)What am I going to do to improve myself (2)How am I going to do that (3)Why am I going to do that 3. Brainstorming: How many kinds of resolutions do you know What are they 设计意图:完成3a,提高学生对文章的理解和对重点动词的运用;分析这篇短文的的内在逻辑,锻炼学生谋篇的能力。 Activity 3 Work on 3b. Write their resolutions under the following headings. 1. Ideas for improving my physical health ________________________________________________________________ 2.
