教学目标
能够理解对话大意，按照正确的意群和语音、语调朗读对话，能进行角色扮演，综合美术等学科的相关知识，在生活情境中运用所学单词与句型。 能听懂、正确朗读和运用单词broken, wheel, pound, sales assistant；并能用所学单词与句型描述物品特征。 能够掌握字母组合ight在单词中的发音，能读出含有ight发音规则的单词。
教学重难点
教学重点： 1. 学生能理解与朗读课文内容；
2. 学生能用所学单词与句型描述物品特征。
教学难点： 1. 学生能用所学单词与句型描述物品特征。
教学过程
Step1. Warming-up. Greeting. Watch a video: Opposite words. What do you see in the video I see ... What do you see in the classroom Step2. Presentation. The background of the dialogue. Where are Lingling and Ms Smart Look at the pictures. Big Ben. the River Thames. Tower Bridge. the London Eye. So they are in the UK. This is a map of the world, here is the UK. It is in Europe. But Lingling will go back to China. She takes the bag in her hand. What colour is it Is it good There are patches on the bag. So it’s broken. Lingling’s bag is broken. What will Ms Smart say Please guess. Now, let’s listen. Ms Smart says “ Lingling, your bag is broken. You can’t take it to China. I’ll buy you a new one.” Where will they go Look, they are at the shop. Listen and answer the question. “How many bags are there in this dialogue ” Three. What colour are the bags Black. Green. Red. （二）Listen and learn the dialogue. 1. Learn the text. What are the features of these three bags. Take out your book,turn to page26, find out the features and write down on the worksheet. a. The features of the black bag. What are the features of the black bag This black bag is nice. It’s big, but it’s heavy. Who likes the black one Lingling likes the black one. b.The features of the green bag. What are the features of the green one It’s light, but it’s small. Read: light, night, fight, right, bright. Who likes the green one Ms Smart likes the green bag. c.The features of the red bag. Which one will they choose The red bag. The Sales assistant recommends the red bag. What are the features of the red bag This red bag has got wheels. How much is the red bag It’s 30 pounds. In the UK, People use pounds. But in China, we use yuan. 1 pound is equal to about 9.15yuan.
