一、说教材
1、教材的地位及作用
本节课所教学的内容是精通版小学五年级英语下册第3单元Lesson15，由 Just talk一部分组成。Just talk部分:要能够用英语表述在家里应该遵守的一些规则，并能在实际生活中自觉运用。同时，能够熟练运用核心句子表达( You should, You shouldn’t... )。学习有关家规的4个重点短语:1.keep your room clean保持房间清洁2. do housework做家务3. read in bed在床上看书4. go home late晚回家。
2、重点语法
祈使句表示请求或命令别人做某事或不要做某事。本课重点围绕学生在家应该遵守哪些规则开展多种教学活动，通过学习句型让学生能够用英语表达出自己在社会、学习和在家所观察到的一些规则。
教学目标
知识目标:学习掌握短语学习运用句型We should\We shouldn’t能力目标：培养学生运用英语的能力。
情感态度与价值观：培养热爱学校生活、勤奋学习，能自觉遵守各种规则的品质。确立教学目标的依据：根据《英语新课程标准》的要求，小学阶段的英语课主要是激发学生学习英语的兴趣；培养学生对英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立学习英语的自信心；培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调，为英语的进一步学习打下基础。
教学重点
能听说单词1.keep your room clean保持房间清洁 2.do housework 做家务3. read in bed在床上看书4. go home late晚回家，运用句型 You should\You shouldn’t.
教学难点
灵活运用句型 We should,We shouldn’t，表达我们应该做什么 不应该做什么 。确立教学重难点的依据:根据《英语新课程标准》的要求以及本课在教材中所处的地位和作用。
二、说教法
为了顺利完成教学目标，更好地突出重点，突破难点，按照学生的认识规律，我采用情景教学法、人物教学法、竟赛奖励机制相结合的方法。教师通过创设情景，把学生带到了课堂，鼓励学生多开口，用英语表达自己的思想和感受。儿重的心理特点是活泼、好奇，同时又很好动，在调动学生积极性和主动性方面，我采用了竟赛奖励机制，让全班参与其中，形成师生互动，提高教学效果。
三、说学法
在课堂中运用小组合作、竟赛多种方法促使学生多听、多读、多说，形成自主、探究性学习，学生在互动、交流的活动中建立起自信，享受到学习的快乐得到相关的知识，培养学生对英语运用的实践能力，让他们成为学习的主人。
四、说教学过程
Step1 Warm-up

2.Make a revision.

Ss:It's about school rules.
T:How to be a good student What should a good student do at school
Ss：Ask and answer questions activity. Be quiet. Don’t make noise. Don’t eat in class.Listen carefully and talk actively. Hand in your homework on time.Don’t be late for school.
Step 2: Presentation
1、教师向学生出示 Peter 的照片，情景导入，在校他是个好学生，你们知道他是怎么表现的吗？
2、Thinking about Peter’s performance at home.We know Peter is a good student at school. What does Peter often do at home Let’s go to Peter's home and have a look.
3、Teacher played the video to students the performance about Peter’s at home.
4、Read the text
5、渗透本课的新知识点should/shouldn’t 的用法:
①出示一张做家务的图片，学习短语“do housework”，指出 He doesn’t like to do housework.询问他这种行为对吗？如果不对， 给他一个建议 He should help to do housework.并板书 help to do housework.
② 以同样的方法学习短语 make a mess, watch TV too often, read in bed, go to bed very late.指正行为，并给出建议。
③ 出示 Peter’s mother 的图片。Sometimes Peter is not a good boy at home. His mother is worried about his son.

④ Make some home rules:

Step3、Practice
1、多种方式引导学生检验、模仿 Just talk 中语句。
2、我最喜欢的家规。学生按照老师给出的例子说一说自己最喜欢的那条家规，并说出原因。

5、引导学生分组读，复述文章 ，巩固语言。
Let’s act. 请几名学生上前表演不当的行为，其它学生进行抢答来规劝。
