该板块的活动主题为“评估你的进步”，主要是对本单元所学内容的回顾与总结。活动1是在新的语境下检测学生对重点词汇的实际运用和掌握情况。活动2是检测学生对附加疑问句在对话语境中的运用和掌握情况。活动3是单元内容评价和自我反思，帮助学生通过回答问题评估并监测学习效果，思考运动对于生活的意义，形成正确的健身意识和习惯。
学情分析
授课对象为高一学生。他们刚刚经历过初高中英语学习的过渡，基本适应了高中英语的学习。多数学生对词汇和语法有一定程度的把握，但在理解和整合知识、反思和评价自身学习效果方面仍需加强。
教学目标
经过本课的学习，学生能够： 1. 通过复习和练习，识记并运用本单元的重点词汇； 2. 进一步理解附加疑问句的用法； 3. 反思、总结并评估对本单元所学内容的掌握情况； 4. 理解运动对于生活的意义，形成正确的健身意识和习惯。
教学重难点
教学重点： 1. 复习本单元重点词汇和附加疑问句的相关知识； 2. 把握本单元所学内容，构建单元整体知识框架。 教学难点： 学生通过反思和总结，理解运动对于生活的意义，提高自我评价和反思的能力。
教学过程

T leads the Ss to go over the sentences from the textbook with the important words in them and explains the meanings and usage of the words. 3. Ss finish the exercises by themselves. Then T and Ss check the answers together. 4. Ss answer the question after reading the whole passage.帮助学生回顾单元重点词汇，通过练习夯实基础知识。 了解运动给年轻人生活带来的益处。语言能力：在具体语境中识记并运用词汇；从篇章中获取、概括信息。Activity 3 Grammar check1. T shows the requirement of the exercises in this part. 2. T helps Ss to review the usage of tag questions through mind maps. 3. Ss finish the exercises by themselves. Then T and Ss check the answers together. 4.
