a
an
用在辅音音素开头的单词或者字母前。
用在元音音素开头的单词或者字母前。
音素指读音,不是字母。有的单词虽以元音字母开头,但第一个音素却是辅音;而有的词虽以辅音字母开头,但它的第一个音素是元音。
例如: an hour -个小时,
a useful book- - 本有用的书。
Language points
冠词a和an是虚词,只用在单数可数名词前,表示“一”。通常放在单数可数名词前。

What colour + be动词 + 主语?
考点:这是一个特殊疑问句,
用于询问物品颜色。
回答一般用“It’s/They’re+颜色”。
其同义表达为:What is the color of...
(1)当句子的主语是单数名词、不可数名词或单数
人称代词时,be动词用is,其答语为“It’s+颜色”。
(2)当句子的主语是复数名词或复数人称代词时,
be动词用are,其答语“They’re+颜色”。
若是多种颜色,颜色之间用and连接。
