Step 3　Group Discussion Students discuss their own first day of school experiences and share activities they did, such as visiting the school, getting books, and cleaning the classroom. Check for students' ability to describe settings, actions, and emotions using appro-priate language. Assess students' compre-hension by checking the accuracy of their matches and their understanding of the vocabulary introduced. Evaluate the depth of students' participation in the discussion and their ability to communicate effectively with peers.
