一、话题分析
本单元话题是“日常生活(Daily routines)”，主要讲述自己或他人日常活动或作息安排。要熟练掌握频度副词以及具体时间的表达。
二、写作方法
“3W法”写日常作息习惯
Who——即活动人物
介绍自己日常活动时用I，介绍他人活动时用第三人称 he/she。
When——即活动时间
What——即活动内容
写作时，When和What分层描述，按时间顺序将活动一一列出。某些活动中应适当加入一些对活动的评价。

I’m Mike. I don’t have a very healthy life.

At twelve I eat lots of hamburgers for lunch. I know it is not good for me, but they taste good! I finish work at seven and get home at eight. After dinner, I eat ice-cream.
