本句型表示“做某事是……的。”,其中it作形式主语,真正的主语是后面的动词不定式“to do sth. ”。在动词不定式前可加上“for/of sb. ”。
当形容词是描述人物性格、品质的词(如kind,nice,clever等)时,要用“of sb. ”,意为“某人做某事是……的”;
当形容词是描述事物特征的词(如easy,difficult,important等)时,要用“for sb. ”,意为“对某人来说做某事是……的”。
eg:It is very interesting to play with snow in winter.
在冬天玩雪是非常有趣的。
It's difficult for me to play tennis. 对于我来说打网球很难。

1. “It is +形容词+ to do sth. ”句型的用法

Language points
(1)be good with意为“灵巧的;善于应付……的”,后常接人,表示与某人相处得好。
eg:He is good with children. 他管理孩子有一套。
(2)be good at意为“擅长;在……方面做得好”,后接名词、代词或动词 ing形式,与do well in同义。
eg:I'm good at playing basketball. 我擅长打篮球。
(3)be good for意为“对……有益,对……有好处”,后常跟名词,可指人,也可指物。反义短语是be bad for。
eg:Doing morning exercises is good for you. 做早操对你有益处。
(4)be good to意为“对……好”,后接人,相当于be kind to 或be friendly to,意为“对……友好”。
eg:She is always good to me. 她总是对我很友好。
2. be good with,be good at,be good for, be good to
Language points
(1)help sb. with意为“在……方面帮助某人”,with之后常接名词或代词。
(2)help sb. (to) do意为“帮助某人做某事”,强调做事的动作。
eg: Sally often helps me with my English.
=Sally often helps me to learn English.
萨莉常帮助我学英语。
3. help sb. with与help sb. (to) do的辨析
Language points
疑问词why用来提问原因,表示“为什么”,往往用表示原因的because从句回答。because是连词,意为“因为”,可以用来引导原因状语从句。
【注意】汉语中的“因为……所以……”常常连用,但在英语中because和so不能同时连用。
eg: Because Math is interesting, I like it.
= Math is interesting, so I like it. 因为数学有趣所以我喜欢它。
The book is very interesting, so we all like it.
=Because the book is very interesting, we all like it.
这本书很有趣,我们都很喜欢它。
