How:本课旨在学生感知和发现元音字母a,e,i,o,u在单词开音节中发音的规律，并能举一反三。

通过本课的学习，学生能够：
感知五个元音字母a,e,i,o,u在重读开音节中的发音并总结其规律；
发现在不同单词中识别出发字母本音的单词；
结合语境和听读练习，找出更多发字母本音的单词。

设计意图：学生学以致用，在发现规律、总结规律和运用规律的过程中，掌握元音字母在单词中的发音及规律。
