（1）turn to 向......求助。
（2）in order to do sth. 为了做某事。

2.Many countries offer family hotlines to give advice about family relationships.

（1）offer sb. sth.=offer sth. to sb.主动给某人提供某物。

（2）join加入，动词。后接人或组织。

（3）the other表示已知的两个（或两部分）人或事物中，特指的“另一个”或“另一些”，其后可跟单数或复数名词。常与one连用。one...the other...，表示一个.....，另一个......。
【例】I have two brothers. One is a doctor, the other is a teacher. / What about the other students
