教学重难点 熟练掌握Let’s learn部分有关场所的词汇;能礼貌地询问和指出不同场所的方位。 灵活运用所学的单词及句型来介绍不同场所的方位。
教学准备 课件、相关音频视频和实物教具(单词卡片物品等)。
教学过程 Step 1: Warm-up & Revision & Lead-in 1. Greetings. Greet the class. T:In this class, I hope you can be confident(☆), open-minded(☆☆), and especially creative(☆☆☆). 2. My favourite cartoon—Big Hero. T:(课件出示:《超能陆战队》中大白的图片)This is my favourite cartoon—Big Hero. He is Bay-max. Do you know where he lives Ss:He lives in... (Students guess.) T:Look, he lives in a city. Today we’ll learn something about a city. A city is a big town with many streets and buildings where people live and work. 3. Lead-in. T:Now let’s watch a video. What can you see in the city (课件出示:《超能陆战队》视频剪辑) Ss:Houses, policemen… T:Good job! We can also see a police station, BRT… (学生观看视频后给出答案时,教师根据monster展开师生间的简短交流,对学生的回答给予补充,复习或拓展有关城市设施的词汇。) Step 2 Presentation 1.Let’s learn. 呈现science museum, cinema, post office, bookstore, hospital的图 片,教师带读单词,学生跟读。 课件呈现地图,引导学生说出场所的方位。 T: Where is the science museum Ss: It’s near the library. T: Where is the cinema Ss: It’s near the mall. T: Where is the post office Ss: It's near the science museum. ... 2.Listen and repeat. 呈现单词,学生整体跟读单词,然后分组读单词。 Science museum, cinema, post office, bookstore, hospital. 呈现Wu Binbin和Robin的对话,学生整体跟读对话,然后 分组读对话。 3.Role-play. 将学生分为两组,分角色表演对话。 Step 3 Practice 1. Let’s play a game. Guess the words. 教师出示单词卡片,用白纸遮住单词的一部分(开头或结尾),学生快速猜出单词并大声读出来。 2. What’s the missing 课件呈现本课所学词汇的图片,请学生观察几秒,然后依次消失图片,请学生快速说出消失的是什么? 3.了解合成词。 (1)呈现学过的场所,学生小组讨论,把词汇分成两类,并说出理由。 教师公布答案,讲解合成词。 4. Make a map and talk (1)Make a map for your toy city. Introduce it to the class. (2)Write 1-3sentences about your toy city. Look, this is my toy city. There is a______________________________________. __________________________________________________________________. Step4:Make a summary. Lead students to make a summary of this class. Let them conclude the key words and sentence structures they’ve learned. Lead students to learn to read the pictures and guess the meaning of the compound words.

1. 总结学过的关于地点的单词。 2. 完成本课时对应的练习。
