教学目标 ☆语言知识 1.能听、说、认读单词helmet，must，wear 和短语pay attention to； 2.熟练掌握句子“Don't go at the red light!”“I must pay attention to the traffic lights！”。 ☆思维&情感&文化 1.培养学生的听力能力和口头表达能力。 2.教育学生出门在外要自觉遵守交通规则。
教学重难点 1.能够听、说、读、写词组：by plane, by train, by taxi, by ship, on foot, by bus, by subway 2.能够听、说、读、写句型How can you get there By bus. 3.能够结合句型How do we get there By bus/...谈论交通方式的选择。 难点：能够灵活运用句型How can you get there By bus/...谈论交通方式的选择。
教学准备 课件、相关音频视频和实物教具（单词卡片物品等）。
教学过程 Step 1: Warm-up 1. Greetings. 2. Let’s sing— How do you get there (出示课件) Students sing the song together. 3.Lead-in. (1)Look and say. Show the pictures of ways to go to different places. （课件出示：不同出行方式的图片） Let students look at the pictures and talk about them. A：How do you get to… B： By taxi/train/bus/ship/plane/subway/bike./On foot./I walk there. (2)Lead-in. T：Wherever we go, we must know and obey the traffic rules. Now, let’s see the pictures and talk about the traffic rules you know. Step 2 Presentation B. Let’s try 课件呈现两张图片，教师介绍听力背景。 T: Today is Wednesday. Mrs Smith and the children are on their way to the nature park. How do they get there Ss: By bus. 学生浏览题干，提前预测Let’s try听力重点内容。 老师播放录音，学生完成Let’s try的选择题。 T: What does Mrs Smith tell the children to do Ss: They should get on one by one. 老师再次播放录音，学生跟读听力原文。然后在听力原文中找出听力题的关键信息“Let’s get on the bus.”“one by one”。 Let’s talk 老师根据Let’s try的内容提问，介绍对话背景。 T: How's Wu Binbin's grandpa Ss: He’s ill. T: What is Wu Binbin going to do Ss:... T: He is going to the hospital to visit his grandpa. Watch and tick. 学生浏览习题，预测对话重点内容。 老师播放视频，学生完成选择题。 Q1: How can he get there Ss: A. (By bus.) Q2: When you ride a bike in the USA, you must wear a _______. Ss: B. (helmet) Q3: When you are at a crossing, you must pay attention to the ______. Ss: B. (traffic lights) Listen and repeat. 播放录音，学生跟读对话。 教师引导学生理解词汇“helmet”“pay attention to”“traffic”。 教师讲解语法：情态动词must。 Read and fill in the blanks. 学生再次读课文，根据课文内容，补全句子。 Role play. 教师将学生分为两组，分角色朗读对话。 两名学生为一组，上台表演对话。 Step 3 Practice 1.“我会对他说” 教师提供生活中人们不遵守或遵守交通规则的图片，学生判断并提出建议。如：提供一张小朋友闯红灯的图片，让学生判断。 T: Is he/she right Ss: No. T: What can you say to him S1: Don’t go at a red light. It’s dangerous. 2.中外交通规则知多少 教师提供一些国家交通规则的图片、文字或视频，让学生与中国交通规则对比，然后说一说。 参考句型：In China, you must.... Don’t... In England, ... 3. 画一画 (1)呈现教材P16下面的标志，问学生在哪些地方能看见这些标志。 (2)学生独立思考生活中的交通标识并画下来，在小组内交流。 Step4:Make a summary. （课件出示：教材P16 Let’s talk板块下方图片） T：What do these signs mean Where can you see them Students talk about them in groups.Then tell them to the class. Show more pictures about different kinds of signs. Introduce more signs to students and tell them to obey the traffic rules. （课件出示：不同的交通标志图）

以思维导图的形式展示课时名称和重点词汇、句型。
三、作业设计
1. 背诵Let's talk部分的课文。 2. 完成本课时对应的练习。
四、教学反思
本课时主要学习了一些常见的交通规则。先让学生用中文自由谈论交通规则，营造了轻松愉悦的学习氛围。在巩固与拓展部分，学生了解了更多的交通标志，深刻地意识到了交通规则的重要性。
