教学重难点 能够复习巩固本单元所学的目标语言,并能够熟练运用所学语言描述出行方式。 难点:能够巩固本单元所学的目标语言;能够了解中国和英国在交通规则上的差异。
教学准备 课件、相关音频视频和实物教具(单词卡片物品等)。
教学过程 Step 1: Warm up 1. Greetings. 2. Sing the song— How do you get there (出示课件) 3.Review the words and the sentences. (1) Show the game rule of passing words on the PPT. (课件出示:游戏规则) Students read and play. (Review the words and the phrase “plane, train, taxi, ship, subway, on foot”.) (2)T:Look at the screen. Let’s see what is missing. (Review the sentences.) Step 2 Presentation Listen and number. 课件呈现P20 Listen and number板块的图片,教师引导学生观察图片,预测听力的重点内容。 T: Look at the pictures. What can you see in these pictures S1: In Picture 1, I can see Amy and John. They are talking. S2: In Picture 2, Wu Binbin is waiting for a bus. ... T: Now, let’s listen and number the pictures. 教师播放课文录音,学生完成排序题。 师生一起核对答案。 Listen again and answer the questions. 课件呈现P20 Let’s check板块的习题,学生快速阅读习题并预测听力重点内容。 老师播放听力,学生回答问题。 T: How does Wu Binbin go to the park S1: He goes by bus. T: How does the girl's father go to work S2: He goes by train. T: How does Amy go home S3: She goes on foot. T: What will the woman do S4: She will stop and wait. 教师再次播放听力,学生跟读。然后请学生找出听力的关键信息。 Let’s wrap it up. 呈现一组图片,帮助学生理解词汇“come”和“go”。 T: Mike says, “Come to the park to play with us. Then let’s go to the restaurant ”. Do you know where Mike is Ss: He is in the park. 学生完成Let’s wrap it up板块的练习,然后师生一起核对答案。 T: Look at the first sentence. Who can read it S1: Go to the cinema. T: Good! Mike says, “Go to the cinema” . Is he at the cinema Ss: No, he is not at the cinema. ... 4.Story time 呈现P21 Story time板块的图片,了解故事发展背景。 T: Who is the little girl Ss: She is Amy’s friend, Annie. T: Do you know where Annie is from Ss: She is from the UK. T: Can you guess where they are Ss: At the airport. T: Yes! Now let’s see what happened. Watch and judge. 学生快速浏览句子,预测故事的重点内容。 T1. They are in the UK. T2. Annie can’t use chopsticks. T3. In the UK, people drive on the right side. T4. We must look right before crossing the road. 播放视频,学生判断句子对错,然后师生一起核对答案。 Listen and repeat. 播放音频,学生跟读故事。 教师讲解不同国家的驾驶习惯,帮助学生了解不同的文化。 T: Which side do people drive in China Ss: In China, people drive on the right side. T: What about the people in the UK Ss: In the UK, people drive on the left side. Step 3 Practice Role play. 请学生上台表演故事。 Make a story. 两人一组创编故事,小组内表演。 Exercise. 完成课堂练习。(选择填空和连词成句) Step4:Make a summary. 1. come和go的用法。 2.After reading the story, let students discuss about the traffic rules in the UK. Then lead them to make a conclusion: In the UK, people must drive on the left side. In China, people must drive on the right side. In the UK, people must… In China, people must…

1. 背诵本单元的重点词汇和句型。 2. 完成本课时对应的练习。
四、教学反思
本课时以听力练习和总结为主。要求学生能够运用所学的知识听懂对话并独立完成相应的练习。在巩固拓展环节,讲解了不同国家的驾驶习惯,学生学习积极性高。此环节不仅开阔了学生的国际视野,还增强了学生的跨文化交际意识。
