Learn the new words by PPT.2. Work on 3a(1)Let students look through the sentences in 3a, circle the verbs, discuss in groups and try to find out the rules. Using the following chart to help students find out the rules.How do the verb forms change with the subjects?What are the change rules of the third person singular forms of verbs?3. Look through the sentences in the form in 3a and conclude the different sentence patterns about be verbs.2. Work on 3b.1. Show sentences about possessions in 1b, 1c, 2a and let students make a summary about the usage: A’s…,B’s…,A and B’s…,A’s and B’s.2. Ask students to complete the sentences with the correct possessive form( ’s) of the words in brackets.3.
