Presentation 15’ 1. Ss listen to the recording of the three sentences. Ss discuss in pairs and try to tell the meaning of three adverbial clauses in the sentences. T helps Ss get the answer and tells Ss that the underlined parts are called adverbial clauses. 通过再次听三个状语从句的录音或教师朗读及小组讨论，自主总结状语从句所表达的含义。 尝试说出状语从句所表达的含义。

Consolidation 8’ 1. T leads Ss to go through the board writing to conclude the function, location, types of adverbial clauses and common subordinating conjunctions of results, condition and time adverbial clauses. Ss raise their questions and then keep down the board writing on their notebook. 借助板书小结状语从句基本知识，帮助学生及时内化知识，解答疑惑，同时训练学生记笔记策略，提升其提炼能力。 说出状语从句的作用、位置、分类及结果、条件、时间三类常见从属连词；能够及时将板书内容记录在笔记中。
