成功之处

不足之处
（1）部分学生的发音不够准确。在教学过程中，虽然注重了发音的教学，但仍有部分学生的发音存在问题。在今后的教学中，要更加关注学生的发音，加强发音训练。
（2）对学生的个体差异关注不够。学生的英语水平和学习能力存在差异，在教学过程中，没有充分考虑到学生的个体差异，对学习困难的学生关注不够。在今后的教学中，要更加关注学生的个体差异，采取分层教学和个别辅导的方式，满足不同学生的学习需求。

改进措施
