1.Introduce the subjects students have this term and describe favourite subjects and reasons.
2.Talk about the subjects they learn every week.Say one thing they like about each subject.
3.Design a weekly class schedule and introduce it to others.

Thinking Qualities●Be able to consider the connection and balance among different courses and the impact on overall learning.●Be able to arrange courses according to reasonable rules and priorities.●Be able to clearly explain the reasons for liking a specific subject.
Cultural Awareness●Understand the role of different subjects in cultural inheritance and development.●Respect the cultural value of different courses.When arranging courses,the importance and cultural connotations of the courses are considered.●Adapt to the learning culture and the school education system,following certain educational norms and traditions.
重点:
1.Students are able to clearly and accurately present all the subjects of this term using correct vocabulary and sentence patterns.
2.Students are able to express the characteristics and main contents of the favourite subjects clearly.
3.Students are able to accurately and clearly introduce the content of the class schedule,including the specific time and location of each course.
难点:
Students are able to precisely summarize and describe the reasons why a certain subject is liked,and express them in an organized manner,using correct vocabulary and sentence patterns.
Step 1 Review
1.Ask students to do the exercises of this unit.
2.The teacher checks the answers and shows the fallible words or sentence patterns on the blackboard.
(The exercises must include the key and difficult points and fallible points.)

Work on 2a
1.Ask students to complete the mind map in 2a with their own information.

2.Ask students to discuss freely and share their different results.
Work on 2b
1.Ask students to write a message using the information in 2a.
2.Choose some students to come to the front of the classroom and share their answers.

Work on 3a
1.Ask students to work in pairs and talk about the subjects they learn every week and share the reasons.
2.Choose two or three pairs to come to the front of the classroom,and share their dialogues.
Work on 3b
Ask students to work in groups and design their own weekly class schedules.
T:Let's make our own class schedules.Fill the English names of different subjects in the blanks.The course arrangement should be scientific and logical.
Work on 3c
Ask each group to introduce their group's timetable to the class,and explain the reasons.
(The teacher must write down the sentence patterns on the blackboard.)
