教材分析 【What】 初中新生入学初次见面场景下，同学之间和师生之间相互认识： 对话1：Meimei 和 Peter 互相认识； 对话2：Mr. Li 和 Emma 师生间互相问候了解。 【Why】 帮助学生学会在初次见面的场景下如何进行口头交际从而认识更多的同学。 【How】 Conversation1使用了“May I have your name ”帮助学生主动社交时进行姓名的提问，更礼貌。同时询问“How do you spell your name ”引导学生准确记住对方的名字可以帮助更好的社交； Conversation 2通过使用一般疑问句和特殊疑问句帮助学生学会确认自己认识但又不确定的同学并通过询问姓氏来记住同学的名字。
学习目标 1.用恰当的听力策略（观察图片人物关系和找出关键词）听懂新生入学场景下的初次对话，并获取、梳理对话中新生之间以及师生之间互相认识可涉及到的内容，交际用语以及句型。（学习理解） 2.简要评价对话中生生之间以及师生之间的对话是否有礼貌、语言运用是否得当、表达是否流畅以及是否达到顺利结交新朋友的效果。（应用实践） 3.在班级内，与不熟悉的同学进行交友对话。（迁移创新）
重点 从姓名、年龄、班级、来自哪里以及打招呼方式等几个角度进行对话。
难点 礼貌地使用恰当的语言进行破冰对话

课前活动 （10分钟） The teacher asks students whether they want to make new friends at school and what they want to know about their new friends. T guides Ss to review the expressions they have learned to greet people. 思考他们想要了解新朋友的哪些信息。 选出所知的和朋友打招呼的方式，复习已知知识。 通过头脑风暴引导学生思考结交新朋友需要考虑的重要方面，创设学习情境。 复习已知知识，激发学生学习兴趣和对即将所学知识形成期待。
课中活动 （15分钟） T guides Ss to guess where they are and who they are. T asks students to finish the task in 1b— Listen to two conversations and number the pictures in the order you hear them. T asks students to finish the task in 1c—Listen again and circle the words you hear. T asks students to listen and imitate.At the same time,Ss needs to pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation. T guides Ss to find out the differences between Chinese names and English names. 课后活动 （15分钟） T ask students to finish 1d-- Get to know more classmates.Try to remember their names. T ask students to practice：Work in groups and try to greet others ,introduce yourself and your new friends . T asks students to act out in the stage. 完成书本1d部分。 小组合作编写对话，然后介绍自己以及小组成员。 练习对话并进行汇报展示。 对话练习的脚手架在前一个环节已经搭建好，根据目标单词和句型创编对话，循序渐进，轻松掌握。 通过对话展示，帮助学生巩固所学知识，并且学会实践运用。
