As a teenager, I hated sports and physical education classes. I was always making up 16 to get out of them.

Exercise and I have never had a good relationship because of my fear of sports. From a young age, my dad 31 me into a dozen sports. I didn’t like any of them, 32 .

About six months ago, I joined a gym. Every morning, there was one personal trainer there who practised at the same time that my little group did our 46 .
