二、教学重难点1. 教学重点 理解文章中的重点词汇和句子。 掌握文章的主要内容，能够回答相关问题。 学会总结文章的主旨大意。2. 教学难点 一些复杂句子的理解和分析。 如何引导学生准确地选择文章的主旨大意。

四、教学步骤（一）导入（5 分钟）1. 展示一些新学校的图片，包括教室、操场、图书馆等，引导学生谈论自己对新学校的第一印象和期待。2. 提问学生：“What do you think you will do in your first lesson at a new school ” 鼓励学生分享自己的想法。（二）Pre-reading（10 分钟）1. 呈现问卷（questionnaire），让学生快速浏览问题，并与同桌讨论可能的答案。 Do you feel nervous on the first day of school Are you excited to meet new classmates Do you expect to have interesting lessons 2. 邀请学生分享他们的答案，引出话题：“Let's see what the writer did in his first lesson.”（三）While-reading（25 分钟）1. 快速阅读（Skimming） 学生快速阅读文章，回答问题：“What is the main idea of the passage ” 给出选项，如：A. The writer's experience of meeting new friends.B. The writer's first day at a new school.C. The writer's feelings and activities in the first lesson. 学生独立选择后，小组内讨论，达成共识。 请小组代表分享选择的理由。2. 完成总结（Completing the summary） 给出文章的概要框架，让学生根据对文章的理解填空完成。 例如：The writer was (nervous) on his first day at the new school. He entered the classroom and saw (some classmates). The teacher (introduced herself) and they had an interesting first lesson.
