前言
译林版选择性必修一Unit1 Food Matters，人教版选择性必修二Unit 3 Food and Culture，外研版必修第二册Unit 1 Food for thought都是介绍中国的美食文化。
一轮复习时，可以整合这几个单元的内容，形成一个美食文化学习的专题。下面就谈谈美食文化的应用文写作。希望给大家一些帮助。
一、 体裁与内容
美食介绍的应用文体裁包括：推荐信，新闻报道，演讲，邮件等。
通过这些体裁来介绍中国美食文化的地域特色，如川菜的麻辣、粤菜的鲜美、苏菜的精致等。
美食与传统节日的关系，如：阐述春节的饺子、端午节的粽子、中秋节的月饼等美食在传统节日中的重要意义。
美食的历史变迁：探讨某种美食从古至今的发展变化，以及背后所反映的社会、经济和文化的演变。
描述美食的特点：外观，口感，味道。
挖掘美食背后的文化内涵。
二、 写作指导
第一段：告诉读者你最喜欢的食物是什么。常用句式有：
1. My favorite food is ...（我最喜欢的食物是……）
2. I am extremely fond of ...（我非常喜欢……）
3. …. tops my list of favorite foods.（…… 在我最喜欢的食物列表中名列前茅。）
4. Among all the delicious foods, I like …. the most.（在所有美味的食物中，我最喜欢……）
5. Nothing can beat… when it comes to my favorite food.（当谈到我最喜欢的食物时，没有什么能比得上……）

第二段：介绍你品尝这种食物的经历，尤其第一次品尝时的感受。常用句式有：

第四段：你喜欢这种食物的理由，这种食物对你的影响，或者你对这种食物的评价。常用句式有：
1....symbolizes/reflects...（…… 象征着 / 反映了……）
2....reminds me of...（…… 让我想起……）
3....is always my favorite because of...（…… 一直是我的最爱，因为……）
4....brings back/calls to mind happy memories...（…… 唤起了快乐的回忆……）
