单元内容 This module is aimed to stimulate and activate the students’ studying interests and awareness of taking part in discussing. Unit one is the dialogue between Daming and Tony. The two student are talking about what they are going to watch after finishing homework. They have different interests, but in the end they reach a agreement, Tom and Jerry. Several popular cartoon characteristics are introduced in Unit two, including the Monkey King, Shrek, Nemo, Tintin and Snoopy. The characteristics are popular with the young, although not all of them are perfect, like Shrek. The grammar in this module is the use in mixed tense.
学情分析 My students of two classes are in different levels respectively. Some of them have manage the usage of all kinds of tenses while others just know little about them. It may cause that some will think it too easy for them, and others have difficulty. Fortunately, the topic can certainly draw their attention. They are interested in the topic about the cartoons. I can’t wait to enjoy all kinds of cartoons with them.

教学目标 Knowledge aims: To be able to understand the conversation about the cartoon characters and identify specific information. To briefly talk about one’s favourite cartoon character(s). Ability aims: Interactive approach Emotion aim: To share your opinion with each other To know what qualities a hero should have and what lessons you learn from them
重点难点 Teaching important points: To understand the conversation and get the right information. Teaching difficult points: To talk about waht you learn from your favourite cartoon character.

Teaching procedures: Ⅰ.Warming-up Enjoy a short movie about Zootopia (Ss watch it carefully and think about what kind of movie it is.) T: What kind of movie it is about. Lead in the topic Cartoon It’s time to watch a cartoon Ⅱ.Presentation and Practice Check your memory. (Teacher let students say out the cartoon names as many as possible) Classify these ten cartoons. (Students try to say out what kind of cartoon it is) Pair-work. (Students make a dialogue with their partner) A:What’s your favourite cartoon B:... 教学反思 通过本课的学习，导入部分利用学生熟悉的卡通片唤起学生对该单元的兴趣，从而激发学习热情，引入情景话题，引起学生的兴趣，并通过结对练习的方式让学生之间互动起来，通过听、读、说的训练来谈论卡通片中的人物；.学生在体会卡通故事幽默的同时，掌握一些语言点，并初步学习由who, which, that 引导的定语从句。
