教学目标 听说、认读单词brown, bear, yellow, duck, sea;能听懂、会用颜色单词来修饰事物,并能在实际情景中进行运用。(语言能力) 通过学习颜色和事物的单词,培养学生保护地球生物多样性,共建生命共同体的意识。(文化意识) 认识事物的多姿多彩,感受世界色彩的美好。(思维品质) 能大胆地尝试用英语描述事物的颜色。(学习能力)
教学重点 掌握brown, bear, yellow, duck和sea这五个单词,并能用颜色类单词简单描述事物。
教学难点 能有节奏地朗读Listen and chant部分的歌谣,并能替换颜色单词和事物单词改编歌谣。
教学过程 批注
Step 1 Warm-up&Lead in 通过视频,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,创造轻松欢快的课堂氛围。 通过复习引入上节课的单词和句型,为后面的学习做好铺垫。
教学准备 PPT、课文录音、视频、教学卡片等。 Warm up 1.Greetings 教师热情地和学生打招呼问好,作简单的Free talk。 T: Hello! Boys and girls. Good morning. Ss: Hi! Miss/Mr ... Good morning. 2.Enjoy a video 教师播放Colour Song的动画视频。 Lead in(课前引入) Game:Guess colours 让一个学生手中拿身边的学习用品,请其他同学猜颜色。猜对的学生给予奖励并由他负责主持下一轮游戏。(复习上节课的颜色单词:orange, blue, green, yellow, red, purple) S1: What colour is it S2: It’s orange. …
Step 2 Presentation&Practice 通过展示图片,让学生用英语说出颜色的单词,并学会用颜色描述物体。 通过创编歌谣,让学生进一步巩固所学知识,并引入新句型“I see…”为下文做好铺垫。 通过小组活动培养学生的反应能力和小组合作能力,也能调动学生参与活动的积极性。 创设真实的情境,让学生在真实的情景中操练颜色短语和句型,让学生学以致用,培养学生的综合语言运用能力。
Presentation. 1. Learn the five new words about colours. PPT展示绿草图片,出示四线三格中的新单词green,点击小喇叭播放单词录音,教师领读,让学生跟读几遍,熟悉新单词。 T: What colour is it (引导学生回答green) Ss: It’s green. T: Green, /gr/-/i:/-/n/, /gri:n/, green. T:Look at the picture, what’s this (引导学生回答grass) Ss: It’s grass. T: Great! Look! This is green grass. Write down the phrase “green grass” on the blackboard and teach it in high and low voice. T: Please read after me, green grass, green grass. Ss: Green grass, green grass. (2) 展示棕熊图片,教授新单词brown,bear。 T: What colour is it (引导学生回答brown) Ss: It’s brown. T: Brown, /br/-/a /-/n/, /bra n/, brown. T: What’s the big animal (引导学生回答bear) Ss: It’s a bear. T: Right. Bear, /b/-/e /, /be /, bear. Read after me. Bear, bear. Ss: Bear, bear. T: Great! Look! It’s a brown bear. Write down the phrase “a brown bear” on the blackboard and lead students to read it several times. (3) 展示小鸭图片,教授新单词duck, yellow。 T: What colour is it (引导学生回答yellow) Ss: It’s yellow. T: Yellow, /je/-/l /, /′jel /, yellow. T:Do you know the cute animal (引导学生回答duck) Ss: Yes. It’s a duck. T: Right. Duck, /d/-/ /-/k/, /d k/, duck. Read after me. Duck, duck. Ss: Duck, duck. T: Great! It’s a yellow duck. Write down the phrase “a yellow duck” on the blackboard and lead students to read it several times. Write down the phrase “a purple flower” on the blackboard and lead students to read it several times. (5) 展示海洋图片,教授新单词blue, sea。 T: Look at the sea! Sea, /s/-/i:/, /si:/, sea. Read after me. Write down the phrase “blue sea” on the blackboard and lead students to read it several times. 2. Quick response. 课件出示多个颜色单词,学生快速反应并读出。 3. Play a game: 调色盘。 (课件出示:随机闪现蓝色、绿色、黄色、紫色、橙色、红色、棕色) Ask students to look carefully and say quickly. T:What colour is it Ss:Blue/… 4. Sharp eyes. 课件出示各种物品,学生快速反应并说出对应的颜色。 5. 在PPT上展示五种颜色图片,教师引导学生复述前面所学单词和短语。 T: What can you see in the picture (引导学生用I see…回答) S1: I see green grass. S2: I see a brown bear. S3: I see a yellow duck. S3: It’s a yellow pencil box. … (2)让学生们在全班找出相应颜色的物品,并用颜色描述物品(如:红领巾 red scarf,一个蓝色书包a blue schoolbag,一支绿色的铅笔a green pencil,一支红色的钢笔 a red pen ……),引导学生们运用句型I see…来回答,教师给回答正确的同学给与小组加分。 如:I see a blue schoolbag. Step 3 Consolidation&Extension
Listen and chant Ask students to watch the video, and then guess the general idea. 教师播放音频,学生边听音频,老师边做动作辅助学生理解,注意停顿、语音和语调。 T: What else can you see Can you answer the question Ss: A yellow duck. T: Yes. You’re very clever. 让学生再次听音频,边听边做边唱。 PPT展示一张图片,让学生模仿Listen and chant编句子。 I see colours here and there. Yellow pencil, red scarf and brown bag. I see colours here and there. Step 4 Summary&Homework 本节课主要学习几种颜色的单词,让学生学会如何用颜色描述事物。
1.小结:师生先共同口头总结,再用PPT完整呈现。 (1)Key words: brown, bear, yellow, duck, sea (2)Key phrases: green grass, a brown bear, a yellow duck, a purple flower, blue sea 2.作业: 1. Review the words and phrases. 2. Copy the new words on P53.
