热身 活动 1. 结合教材P59中4张图片，提问学生这些图片常出现在哪些场合？自己平日里会选择什么运动？。 (1) What occasions have you seen these pictures (2) What sports do you usually take in your daily life 2. 教师再展示几张图片，引导学生说出自己的认识。 根据书上的图片，描述图中人物，再搭配一些扩展知识，给学生提供一些关于吸烟有害健康和健康生活方式的词汇和表达，引导学生说出自己的想法，教师给予指导，达到师生互动的效果，为即将开展的学习奠定基础。
阅读 理解 1. 巩固 练习 完成教材P61 Language Study I。 分组讨论，每组一题，全班展示。 (1)Why do some people take smoking as a daily habit (2) What are the dangerous of smoking (3) Why should we persuade people around us to give up smoking (4) What is the polite way of saying No Smoking 进一步巩固所学的重点词汇。
归纳 总结 引导学生总结本单元所学的重点词汇、短语和句型，检查学生的学习效果。 进一步强调本课学习重点，并反馈学生的学习效果。
