教学 目标 1. Knowledge objectives (Knowledge Objectives) Students can master the key vocabulary of this unit, such as: grade, student, reading, classmate, etc. Students can use the key sentence patterns of this unit, such as: This is...; I'm...; Nice to meet you. Simple self-introduction and communication. 2. Skill objectives (Skill Objectives) Cultivate students' comprehensive language application ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Improve students' oral expression and teamwork skills through group cooperation and role play. 3. Emotional goals (Emotional Objectives) Help students to build confidence, dare to express themselves in English, and make new friends. Cultivate students' interest in and enthusiasm in English learning.
教学重难点 1. Teaching focus (Teaching Key Points) The mastery and use of key vocabulary and sentence patterns. Understand and be able to use the knowledge learned in this unit for a simple self-introduction and communication. 2. Teaching difficulties (Teaching Difficult Points) How to guide students to use the language to communicate naturally and accurately in the actual situation. Cultivate students' awareness of cross-cultural communication and understand the differences between China and the West in self-introduction.
教学过程 1. Import (Lead-in) (5 min) Play an English video about self-introduction to arouse students' interest. Ask the student: What can you learn from the video Guide students to think about the importance and basic elements of self-introduction. 2. Vocabulary Review (Vocabulary Review) (10 minutes) Show the key vocabulary pictures of this unit, and ask the students to say the corresponding words, and review the vocabulary. Play a small vocabulary game, such as "word solitaire", to consolidate the vocabulary learned. 3. Term pattern review (Sentence Pattern Review) (10 minutes) The teacher and the students have a simple dialogue, and guide the students to use the key sentence patterns of this unit to answer, such as: T: Hello!What's your name S: I'm... T: Nice to meet you. S: Nice to meet you, too. Let the students practice the dialogue in pairs and review the sentence patterns. 4. Reading and Undertaking (Reading and Comprehension) (15 minutes) Show a short essay about introducing yourself and let students read and answer questions such as: Who is the writer What grade is the writer in Explain the key sentences and grammar points in the text to help students understand. 5. Group activities (Group Activity) (15 minutes) Divide the students into groups and have each group member introduce themselves to each other. Each group selects a representative to introduce themselves to the whole class. Students from the other groups listened carefully, evaluated and supplemented them. 6. Writing exercise (Writing Practice) (15 minutes) Let the students write a short introduction according to their own actual situation. Teachers patrol and give guidance to help students correct grammar and vocabulary mistakes. 7. Presentation and Evaluation (Presentation and Evaluation) (10 minutes) Some students were invited to show their essays on stage, and other students listened carefully. Teachers and students evaluate the short essay together and point out the advantages and disadvantages. 8. Summary and work assignment (Summary and Homework Assignment) (5 minutes) Summarize the key content of this lesson, and emphasize the key points and precautions of self-introduction. Assignment: Let the students introduce themselves to their families in English after returning home, and record a video and send it to the class group.
教学反思 Through the teaching of this lesson, students have improved the mastery and use of vocabulary and sentence patterns. At the same time, they have also exercised their oral expression and writing ability in group activities and writing exercises. However, in the teaching process, some students still dare not speak English. In the future teaching, we should pay more attention to cultivate students' confidence, create more language practice opportunities, so that students can learn English in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
