4. teaching process
1. Import (5 minutes)

5. Teaching reflection
After teaching the first class Welcome to the unit of the first volume of grade 7 Unit 2 Hobbies, I deeply reflected on this class. The main goal of this class is to guide students to talk about their own hobbies and others, stimulate students' interest in the topic of hobbies, and learn some words and sentence patterns related to hobbies. During the teaching process, I introduced the topics by showing some interesting pictures and videos, which successfully attracted the students' attention and stimulated their interest. For example, it shows pictures of different hobbies such as painting, reading and sports, so that students can intuitively feel various hobbies. In terms of vocabulary teaching, I have adopted the intuitive teaching method to help students understand and remember words through pictures and movements. At the same time, students were organized to carry out group activities to let them exchange their hobbies with each other, which helps students to use the vocabulary in the actual situation. However, in this process, I found that some students did not grasp the pronunciation of some difficult words, such as "volleyball," accurately enough, so they should strengthen this practice in the future teaching. In sentence pattern teaching, I created a variety of situations for students to imitate and practice. However, some students are not confident enough and fluent enough. This reminds me to encourage more students and provide more language support and practice opportunities in the future teaching. In addition, the pace of the classroom control also needs to be further improved. In the group discussion, the time allocation was not reasonable enough, which led to the hasty summary and expansion part. Overall, the class has some success and some need for improvement. In the future teaching, I will pay more attention to the individual differences of students, adopt diversified teaching methods and activities, so that every student can actively participate in the classroom, and improve their language use ability and comprehensive quality.
