2.To discuss our own ideas about the choice of Leng Wenying.  Step 2 While-reading 1.Look at the three pictures below and answer the questions. Use the words and expressions to help you. Purpose To improve students’ reading skills and comprehension. By analyzing pictures and the passage, students can compare different festival experiences and understand the meaning of duty. It helps them extract key information and enhance critical thinking.
3.To create a paragraph about a person on duty during festivals. Step 4 Create a Paragraph about a Person on Duty. Jobs: delivery man, worker, doctor, farmer, policeman, cleaner… Write a short paragraph about a person on duty during festivals. 1.Choose a person to write about. Organise information with the table. 2.Write your paragraph with the help of the table. 3.Check. Did you: □ introduce the person clearly □ use the words and expressions from the reading passage □ give your comments on the person 4.Share your paragraph with the class.
