学科背景 【单元分析】 本单元是高一年级必修一的第三单元。本单元围绕Celebrations话题 展开，以多种形式的语篇呈现了各种不同的节日和特殊场合，并引导学 生庆祝节日和特殊日子的意义，属于“人与社会”主题。整个单元的学 习内容包含5个主要部分，各课通过听、说、读、写、看等内容和活 动，围绕该主题从不同的角度，引导学生进行主题意义探究。本单元旨 在引导学生思考节日和特殊场合的意义，对比中西方文化的异同。 【本课时分析】 Memories of Christmas是阅读课。该文本讲述了作者小时候在奶奶去 世前与奶奶一起度过的最后一个圣诞节，自己在节前的期待，对奶奶身 体状况的不解，与奶奶一起对节日所作的准备，尤其是奶奶在身体状况 不好的情况下依然帮助我完成给圣诞老人的信件；除夕夜，与奶奶一起 装饰圣诞树，听奶奶唱歌入睡；圣诞节收到了很多礼物，尤其是奶奶送 的音乐盒，以及节日当天如何庆祝节日，大人们做饭孩子们嬉戏，而奶 奶不能出门则从窗口深情地望着嬉戏的我们，丰盛的午餐，全家的笑 声，奶奶的笑声……最后讲述了奶奶去世后，作者对奶奶的思念，对节 日习俗的沿袭以及对圣诞节意义的思考。
学生学习相 关认识和分 析 1.高一学生年龄都在15-16岁，思维活跃，反应敏捷，勇于表达自己的想 法和意见，但英语水平并不高，缺乏主动学习的能动性，对学习没有持有 探究性和方向性，尤其对文本的解读能力较弱，更多关注的是语言的难 易和能否读懂文章，所以对主题意义的探究需要老师一步步引导和铺设 台阶。 2.学生已掌握的学习策略 预测、粗读、细读、猜词义、划分结构等。
