Step 1:Import.
Starting the class with an introductory question:How to write an impressive travel plan for a friend What aspects should be included It is strongly recommended that teachers allow students to freely discuss this topic with their partners and brainstorm on it.Through this approach,students can come up with more ideas and avoid feeling nervous at the beginning of class.
Step 2:Read to understand the details.Teachers should have students read Richard's email to friends and the booklet he quietly found,and then ask them to solve the following tasks.To study organizational and linguistic features by
summarizing emails:

Travel planning is a common form of practical writing.Tourism can be divided into different types such as sightseeing tours,cultural tours,food tours,and adventure tours,so tourism plans should also be designed according to different tourism
purposes.A regular travel plan needs to clarify the following aspects:

When will you leave for
Where is your the destination
How will you get there
What will you do there
How long will you there
Is there a clear purpose for the trip
In order to elevate the level of travel planning,attention should also be paid to the following aspects:
1.Does each paragraph have a clear and distinct theme;
2.Replace the general future tense with the general present tense;
3.Use more advanced adjective vocabulary.For example,when expressing "good",don't always use "nice",我们还可以用“smart,clean,excellent,exciting,beautiful,wonderful,
clever,famous,grand” 等表达更具有指向性的词汇；
4.Use more advanced adjective vocabulary.For example,we can use“seem stand,lie .get stay,remain,look .sound,become .keep,grow”等代替"be";
5.All "proper nouns"should be capitalized;
